Purchased a GMC pickup truck before Christmas and the dealership lost 1 set of keys. After searching for them they couldn't find them. So the receptionist finally arranged for a remote key cutter to meet with me( not from Toronto). And got everything straighten out. A big round of applause to her. There aren’t words to describe how amazing the staff was helping me get a new vehicle! Jose Kapon is such a kind, understanding and wonderful man who thoroughly informed me and did his very best to ensure I was approved to get the vehicle I wanted! Michael, the owner ensured everything was in place for me as they work with people with no credit or bad credit! I had no credit but they made it all possible for me. I’m so happy with my new 2015 Dodge journey. It’s used but feels brand spanking new and in such pristine condition! I would 100% recommend any and everyone to go to these guys to get your car needs. They were exceptionally well equipped to get you on the road with your purchase, even with a holiday looming. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star was there were extra features that weren't known to me as I purchased the vehicle. It was exciting to find out I had a heated steering wheel and automatic folding side view mirrors. Technically it made the purchase even better. All this part is constructive criticism. I have been scouring the internet and other dealerships trying to find a used SUV with low mileage and a reasonable fair market price. Had such an amazing buying experience all because I had the pleasure of speaking with John. He found a few SUVs immediately within my budget and was available to test drive whichever I wanted. He was very responsive in following up and answering all my questions. I felt he had my best interests in mind, wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever and the buying/financing process went extremely smooth. Overall it was truly a great buying experience. From start to finish, our experience buying our 2015 Jeep from Jose was amazing. After a simple online inquiry — which other dealers we tried didn’t even bother to respond to — I got a call from Jose the very next day. He patiently showed us their impressive selection of SUVs, and a very detailed inspection of the one that most caught our eye. From the test drive to the easy finance and extended warranty arrangements with Richard to the bonus service Frank gave us on the front brakes after the safety inspection they provided, the whole process was spectacular. Jose and the whole Mid Toronto team are true gems. Next up: another car from Jose, this time for our eldest daughter.

We contacted Mid Toronto Auto Sales online to book a test drive of a car we saw online. Jose was very quick to respond and was very personable. We were coming from out of town, so the test drive was booked for later in the day. With typical Toronto traffic by the time, we got there it was close to closing time. At no point did Jose or any staff there try to hurry things along. They took the time to answer questions and allow me to thoroughly go over the car. When it came time to pick up the car even with leaving early, we still got there very close to closing. Jose welcomed us and went through all the paperwork carefully and made sure all our questions were answered. The car was washed and detailed and look almost new. I would not hesitate to recommend Mid Toronto and their team to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Thanks Jose!

I bought my new car online. Jose was great to work with, as we exchanged countless emails over the course of a few weeks. He even sent me videos at my request without complaint. Once I made the decision to purchase, I worked with Richard on the business side of the sale and even that went smooth - dealing with the financing, warranty and final bill of sale all via email and phone calls. Then when I flew up to Toronto to pick up the car, I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. I was nervous about buying a car without seeing it in person or taking it for a test drive, but I am very happy with the team at Mid Toronto Auto Sales. The 3 hour drive home was great in my new ride. Everything Jose and Richard promised or claimed came to fruition and it was as they said it was. You should feel comfortable about dealing with either of them.

I wanted to trade in my vehicle to get something different and was introduced to John @ Mid Toronto Auto Sales, by bestfriend, who in fact gotten her car trades in with the help of John as well. So I called him and we connected on over the phone from time to time until I was able to come in person. I met with John and he has asked me about my financial stability at the moment and when I told him, he later started to suggest about financial advisor etc. A woman by the name of Toni from TLC and we went from there working them all. I say this to say that with me getting a new vehicle, getting rid of my old vehicle in which after looking over things pertaining to the vehicle I had, I was put on a situation that I wasn't expecting or aware of. So after weeks of back and forth and turning down a few suggestions, John still the patience and the utmost professional attitude towards me and we finally signed off on a vehicle for myself. I am happen with the decision I made and feel more comfortable. John and his team did a great job in helping me make the right decision, even though not my first decision since wasn't my first choice due to circumstances but was still a good choice and I'm happy.
