John was helpful from the moment I emailed until the moment he handed over me keys. He was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and got things done quickly. I saw my car on Monday and drove away by Thursday. I highly recommend this dealership! They got me a good rate and warranty included.

Employees attitude was appalling. One employee actually insulted the region my family was from saying that everyone there was scum. Tried to purchase a car from this dealership. Unfortunately I was given the run around as it seemed as though they wanted to sell it for a higher price and felt as though they were trying to convince me to finance the vehicle instead of paying cash as I wanted.

I can not say enough about the team at Mid Toronto Auto Sales. I was at a very difficult time with regards to a vehicle. A friend told Frank at Mid Toronto about my situation and Frank immediately called me. Words can not say how comfortable he made me feel and took charge. He got his team involved. Richard took care of the financing and got me a great rate and was very professional and very nice to deal with. Jose took care of finding me the right car and his passion and great knowledge of cars made me feel confident in him He drove me home and I got to know what a great person he is. Frank sent a driver to pick me up bring me to the dealership and take care of everything. I can not say how wonderful it is to deal with a team like this. I am most impressed with the wonderful and professional customer service I received from Jose Kapon at Mid Toronto Auto Sales two weeks ago.Mr Kapon listened to exactly what I requested in my next vehicle, and within moments had me overjoyed at the prospects of my new vehicle. Within 3 days the transaction had been completed, and on the fourth day I drove off in my newly acquired vehicle.There is much to say about the attention taken, and delivery of exactly what I had requested. Mr. Kapon is very friendly and respectful and attentive. I really appreciate the quality of customer service we received from Jose the sales representative. This dealership is clean and made us feel safe buying a car during the pandemic. The team took the time to answer our questions and concerns. In addition we felt confident in the vehicle we chose and we were extremely happy with the way we were taken care of. I personally work in customer service and so my expectations are usually higher than most people and can honestly say they were met. I highly recommend this dealership and Jose, he's honest and truly knows how to deliver a positive experience even through these challenging times. Thank You!! 😁

I sold my car through Mid Toronto Auto Sales with the help of Dwayne, Nick, and Richard. I let them know I use my car daily to drive from Barrie (Home) to Vaughan (work). I found a car I wanted to purchase and let them know. They set up a perfect swap to make sure I spent minimal time without a car. I am very impressed by how well they were able to pull it off. Hats off to you, Nick, Richard, and Dwayne. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I'll be seeing you guys for my next vehicle purchase!

I was able to make my purchase quickly and without complications, plus they did all the paperwork for the delivery of the vehicle. I recently purchased a vehicle at Mid Toronto Auto Sales, and wanted to leave a review due to their outstanding service. I have purchased vehicles in the past and have found that I was treated like a paycheck, not a person. I felt the complete opposite while dealing with the staff at Mid Toronto Auto Sales. When I arrived I was greeted by all the staff, which made me feel very comfortable. There was no waiting around, and we got right to checking out vehicles.The Sales Associate José was very professional, and conducted a Needs Assessment with me before beginning to find out what I was looking for. If I did not know the answer to a question, he took the time to describe the options to me to ensure I knew all details before beginning. I felt much more sure as to what I was looking for, and I could tell he cared about my needs and was not just thinking about his commission. I found this was great because other dealerships did not make the process as personal, and would try and sell me the vehicles with features I did not need (or even know what they were).José was patient with me while checking out the vehicles and while asking a lot of questions as well. The nice thing about the test drive was that he made an effort to get to know who I was, instead of just discussing vehicles.After deciding on a vehicle, Richard the Finance Manager had taken me to his office to go through payments and vehicle details. Richard made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, and he was very efficient with details of the vehicle and the process. Everything was straight forward and transparent when working with him. I was having issues connecting with my insurance company at the time but, he told me to call them later and get back to him at my convenience, since I was picking the vehicle up a week later. He packaged everything for me to take home and I when I had connected with the insurance company, he was very easy to get a hold of.Lastly Frank, the General Manager who I had been connected with in the beginning for the vehicle, was in constant contact with me during the entire process. Even through the chaos of Covid and holidays coming, Frank was always on top of communication. Not only before and during the process, but Frank has been in contact with me multiple times AFTER the sale of the vehicle to check in. I have NEVER seen a sales person, let alone the GM of a company, care so much for their customers to ensure everything is running smoothly after the sale. Any issues I had, Frank remedied immediately.Frank is a phenomenal person, and very passionate not only about what he does, but about people and their well-being. Again, he was another staff who had took the time to get to know me and connect with things we had in common. He had also come in on his time off to meet me, since that was a more convenient time for me to look at vehicles. After the process was all done, he even walked me back to my vehicle that had been parked off-site a block away.When it was time for me to pick up my vehicle, Frank again went out of his way to be there for me when he was not working. He took time with me to go over all the features of the car for a second time, to ensure everything was set up right for me before I drove. He showed me where everything was, and even let me know there was an App to download for my car to check its health and most importantly, for automatic start!I am very impressed with the service at Mid Toronto Auto Sales. They did not make me feel like a customer, but genuinely like family. They are my sole dealership from now on and are my number one recommendation for anyone looking for a vehicle.Thank you so much Frank, Richard, and José

I bought my first car at Mid Toronto Auto Sales. It is a 2015 Kia Forte. I love this car as it is in mint condition. Thanks to Frank, Henry, and Richard who all made this experiment so positive for me. I also noticed that all of the cars in the show room seemed to be in tip top shape. If you are looking for a car, I would highly recommend the Mid Toronto Auto Sales because Frank Gucciardi, the general sales manager there, is the best person whom you would love to have to guide you and help you with your purchase. Frank has helped me with the purchase of both my cars. He is the most honest, experienced, and down to earth sales person whom I have ever had to do business with. That's the reason why I have gone back to him again as well as send my friends to him for help with a car purchase. I always believe honesty and trust are essential in any business dealing.
