Excelente servicio en este negocio. Pude realizar mi compra rápido y sin complicaciones, además que ellos realizaron todos los papeleos para la entrega del vehículo. Pero lo mejor de mi experiencia fue conocer a el Señor José Kapon, su trato y experiencia fueron Imprescindible para obtener mi vehículo.A todos los usuarios de habla hispana les recomiendo preguntar por él para ser atendidos, no se van a arrepentir.Excellent service in this business. I was able to make my purchase quickly and without complications, plus they did all the paperwork for the delivery of the vehicle. But the best thing about my experience was meeting Mr. José Kapon, the trafficking and experience of him. Essential to get my vehicle.To all Spanish-speaking users, I recommend asking for him to be served, they will not regret it.

I have to say excellent service and the car that we bought is incredible. Low mileage and very affordable. The salesman Hose was very helpful and Richard financial manager is very professional. Overall amazing experience with this dealership. Thank you guys very much 😊

I recently purchased a vehicle at Mid Toronto Auto Sales, and wanted to leave a review due to their outstanding service. I have purchased vehicles in the past and have found that I was treated like a paycheck, not a person. I felt the complete opposite while dealing with the staff at Mid Toronto Auto Sales. When I arrived I was greeted by all the staff, which made me feel very comfortable. There was no waiting around, and we got right to checking out vehicles.The Sales Associate José was very professional, and conducted a Needs Assessment with me before beginning to find out what I was looking for. If I did not know the answer to a question, he took the time to describe the options to me to ensure I knew all details before beginning. I felt much more sure as to what I was looking for, and I could tell he cared about my needs and was not just thinking about his commission. I found this was great because other dealerships did not make the process as personal, and would try and sell me the vehicles with features I did not need (or even know what they were).José was patient with me while checking out the vehicles and while asking a lot of questions as well. The nice thing about the test drive was that he made an effort to get to know who I was, instead of just discussing vehicles.After deciding on a vehicle, Richard the Finance Manager had taken me to his office to go through payments and vehicle details. Richard made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, and he was very efficient with details of the vehicle and the process. Everything was straight forward and transparent when working with him. I was having issues connecting with my insurance company at the time but, he told me to call them later and get back to him at my convenience, since I was picking the vehicle up a week later. He packaged everything for me to take home and I when I had connected with the insurance company, he was very easy to get a hold of.Lastly Frank, the General Manager who I had been connected with in the beginning for the vehicle, was in constant contact with me during the entire process. Even through the chaos of Covid and holidays coming, Frank was always on top of communication. Not only before and during the process, but Frank has been in contact with me multiple times AFTER the sale of the vehicle to check in. I have NEVER seen a sales person, let alone the GM of a company, care so much for their customers to ensure everything is running smoothly after the sale. Any issues I had, Frank remedied immediately.Frank is a phenomenal person, and very passionate not only about what he does, but about people and their well-being. Again, he was another staff who had took the time to get to know me and connect with things we had in common. He had also come in on his time off to meet me, since that was a more convenient time for me to look at vehicles. After the process was all done, he even walked me back to my vehicle that had been parked off-site a block away.When it was time for me to pick up my vehicle, Frank again went out of his way to be there for me when he was not working. He took time with me to go over all the features of the car for a second time, to ensure everything was set up right for me before I drove. He showed me where everything was, and even let me know there was an App to download for my car to check its health and most importantly, for automatic start!I am very impressed with the service at Mid Toronto Auto Sales. They did not make me feel like a customer, but genuinely like family. They are my sole dealership from now on and are my number one recommendation for anyone looking for a vehicle.Thank you so much Frank, Richard, and José

I have been dealing with Frank Gucciardi for close to 6 years and have purchased a Focus & Escape from him.It was time to move up & he knew I desparately wanted a Ram that I could afford and he FOUND ONE. I just picked it up at noon! The vehicle is spotless.Frank has been AMAZING to work with throughout my financial issues. I bought my first car at Mid Toronto Auto Sales. It is a 2015 Kia Forte. I love this car as it is in mint condition. Thanks to Frank, Henry, and Richard who all made this experiment so positive for me. I also noticed that all of the cars in the show room seemed to be in tip top shape. I highly recommend this dealership if anyone is in the market for a used car.

Best place to get a used car.. Nikunj particularly is awesome there... various options available in your price range and very neat and clean cars. Nikunj also helped me setup all features in car (that I din't understand), very helpful guy!

If you are looking for a car, I would highly recommend the Mid Toronto Auto Sales because Frank Gucciardi, the general sales manager there, is the best person whom you would love to have to guide you and help you with your purchase. Frank has helped me with the purchase of both my cars. He is the most honest, experienced, and down to earth sales person whom I have ever had to do business with. That's the reason why I have gone back to him again as well as send my friends to him for help with a car purchase. I always believe honesty and trust are essential in any business dealing.
